Daily rates are per apartment, per night, inclusive à la carte breakfast and service charge.

Monthly rates are per apartment, min. 30 days , service charge included, without breakfast and electricity charges

Prices include 7% VAT

Payment by Credit Card will be charged 3%

Electricity charged at 6 Baht per KWH (for renting by the month only)

Rates are subject to change without prior notice

Rates are quoted in Thaibaht. Rates in foreign currency are estimated and subject to official exchange rate on day of payment

A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Credit Card details can be sent by email or fax

Cancelation Policy:
1. Cancelation without charges, until two month before arrival,
2. 20% charge for cancelation until one week before arrival,
3. 100% charge for cancelation in the last week before arrival and no show.
Deposit:
The deposit for confirmation shall be of 20% at least of the booking. If stay is longer than one year, a two months deposit is required at least.
